Cancellation Policy
In person sessions are typically booked weekly or bi-weekly at my North Vancouver office. Online sessions are also available to clients across BC.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This time is reserved specifically for you, and short notice openings are difficult to fill.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be subject to the full session fee.
Insurance
Many extended health plans cover services provided by an RCC. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm your coverage.
At this time, I do not offer direct billing to insurance companies however receipts will be provided in order for you to submit your claim.
